Hi Everyone, I'm new here. My Names Josh nice to meet you all, I started my weight loss journey around 4 - 5 months ago, at the start I weighed 96.7kg now im at around 81kg. The last few months ive been in-taking 2000kcal a day to try take off as much fat as I can. I wear an Apple watch where it tells me how many calories i burn a day, my total average calories i burn a day can vary from 3000kcal on a day off work with Gym to 3600kcal+ on a day that i work, Im a Nightfill Manager at a Grocery Store where i work 38hrs a week 5 days a week, there is alot of heavy lifting, i am always on my feet. I also like to add 3 - 5 days a week at the gym for 1hr sessions on mostly weights, most of the time im working out 5 days a week. my question is with cutting, If my Maintenance calories is 2715kcal for deficit do i cut to 2215kcal? but if my watch is telling me im burning for example 3000 total calories do i cut to 2500kcal? im very confused on how to cut properly i want to still grow muscle but lose fat.
