So im currently 62kg and 1.72m and i want to bulk but the thing is i cant seem to eat healthy and eat enough calories at the same time, im currently eating everyday 2 eggs a bit of brown bread 200g chicken breast and as much brown rice or quinoa as i can stuff as well as some dried apple's or fruits in between meals, i cant seem to get above 2000 calories a day, i dont have the apetite to eat that much, if anyone has any suggestions it would be apreaciated. Thx.
