Just looking for some advice. I have managed to gain a decent bit of muscle over the past 5 months. I've also inevitably gained some body fat. Right now i'm probably just at the size/bf you would want to be at at around March time, just at the time to start a cut for summer. The only thing is, i don't see the point in starting to cut now - do you think I should just keep bulking through the winter then cut around March? or just cut now as theres not much need. If i keep going it will probably b even harder to cut due to more BF? just looking for advice from people who have been in a similar position. I must say that genetically, I can pack on muscle realllly easy, although subsequently reallly leaning out I find difficult. Any advice would be appreciated.
