maintenance calories after weight loss

In July 2018 I was 280 lbs and now I am lingering around 150-160 (I’m 5’9 and 23.) I never counted calories or tracked macros until recently and it really stresses me out. I lost weight only doing cardio & HIIT, no lifting. I also ate very clean, chicken w broccoli, eggs w fruit, fish, etc. but I never counted calories so I don’t know what sort of deficit I was in this past year. Can someone tell me how many calories I should be eating a day if I want to maintain my weight AND what a good caloric intake would be if I’m wanting to lose some weight steadily? Also what should my macros be looking like? I’ve done research on this but I’m a little different because I’ve already went through a dramatic weight loss and I only do cardio (around 80 minutes every day - intense stair master plus running.) Any help would be appreciated. I’m female btw lol.
