Macro based meal suggestions & Fat intake increases while still making healthy meals

I’ve been advised by a dietician to have set amounts of carbs and protein at each meal during the day and to “make up the excess with healthy fats”

Previously I’ve always bought the leanest meat possible and had a fairly high carb/veg intake.

Trying to hit these new macros has me using full fat beef mince and adding some cashews to the final dish.

Is this a healthy way to increase fat? I know avocados are good but they are super expensive where I live and the quality is very hit and miss.

If anyone can give me ideas for healthy ways of increasing fats in main meals that would be greatly appreciated. I’m aiming for healthy meal ideas with 45g carbs 30g fat and 30g protein.

I also need to figure out a healthy way of making a post training meal that has 100g carbs, 10g fat and 30g protein - so far I can make a pizza from scratch that gives me 5g fat from olive oil in the bread base and top it with a little tomato sauce, light mozzarella and shaved ham / basil. But I don’t think that’s the healthiest thing to have regularly.
