Curbing Appetite

Hello everyone. I have struggled with weight loss for years now. One of the toughest things for me is curbing my appetite when I am eating healthy. I do not mind the food so much. It is more the constant hunger I deal with. I eat a salad for lunch and then an hour later I am hungry again. When I am like this it makes it harder to workout because my energy and strength are not good.

I do the drink lots of water throughout the day. I also try eating 4-6 meals a day to keep me going and try to keep my hunger down.


Any other suggestions? Anyone use appetite suppressants?
