Who here is taking Collagen supplements, or bone broth in order to aid their recovery?
I have been seeing repeatedly it said collagen proteins make up 30% of our total body protein composition.... *shrug*
Seems like a compelling reason to take collagen, right?
I have also seen Multi collagen extracts, or at the very least the Peptides, are the way to go as opposed to the cheap-o drugstore garbage.
Do you make your own bone broth, and is there a trick to doing it to ensure the collagen is actually fully extracted from the bones?
