They say diet is nearly everything. 45 year old male getting back to the gym and back to school meal routine. Looking to gain/maintain muscle and fat loss is a bonus. Here is my daily diet and looking for opinions and critics.
Breakfast - Eggs and avocados
Mid - Protein Shake
Lunch - chicken, tuna, or chili
Snack - Nuts or Fruit
Dinner - Meat, veggie, starch
Snack - yogurt
Repeat same next day.
