I use myfitnesspal currently to calculate daily calorie intake. My goal is to lose 1lb of fat a week, while maintaining muscle. Myfitnesspal suggests i eat 2410 calories a day to achieve this. Im just wondering if this is accurate.
I weigh 215lb, im 5’ 10”, male
I work 8-9 hours a day, 40-50 hours a week as an auto body tech. Constantly on my feet, moving around, using tools, sanding, sometimes lifting heavy objects, etc.
I workout 6 days a week. Workouts include roughly 15-20 sets of lifting, with about 15-20 minutes of cardio. Im doing Jim Stoppani 6 week shortcut to shred program if youre familiar.
I count calories everyday and am very accurate with my inputs. Can someone clarify how many calories i should eat everyday to achieve my goal?
Thanks in advance
