Eating at night resulted to weight loss

I noticed that when I eat at night, I weigh 2 kilos less the next morning. When I don't eat at night (but feel hungry as hell) I am almost at the same weight as I was the evening before.
How can it be that in just one night my body burned a whole pizza and had the time to canibalise my muscles as if a pizza was not enough.
Is it that when I eat something the body starts burning?
