Cottage cheese sodium levels vs greek yogurt

I tried cottage cheese (with strawberry or vanilla flavor) for the first time this week, and to my surprise the texture and flavor was exactly the same as greek yogurt.
Definitely nothing like the horror stories i've heard all my life.

Now both cottage cheese and greek yogurt are around 20 grams of protein per 100 grams.
With Greek yogurt being around 55 calories and Cottage cheese around 65.
So nutrition wise, they're almost identical.

However i read that cottage cheese has a lot more sodium than greek yogurt. Around 10 times as much.
364 mg of sodium vs a mere 36 mg of sodium from the yogurt according to google.

But when i look at the label of the cottage cheese that i eat, it says it only has 0.1 gram of sodium? Just as must as the yogurt one.
Are the labels misleading or did i just happen to find a cottage cheese that's low in sodium?

cottage cheese

greek yogurt.

Also which one do you think is healthier to eat a lot of? Personally i'm leaning more towards the greek yogurt due to the slightly less amount of calories and the possible benefits of probiotics as well as the calcium.
