So guys, after this 3d 'forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=177397821' i did one week at around 2200 (wich i guess you were right, 1950 wasnt my maintenance, it is around 2150/2200) and the dropped again to 1730, doing 5 days 1730, 2 days of refeed at 2250. Macros are in low days, 155 CHO, 50 FAT, 166 PRO. in refeed days 265 CHO, 50 FAT, 166 PRO.
