So, with between sports,bodybuilding,work, and school I find myself with little time to prepare food and eat. Aside from breakfast lunch and dinner Ive started drinking homemade “mass-gainer” shakes 3 times a day that consist of 100g of blended oats which I soak over night and rinse in a strainer to neutralize any phytic acid. These are really easy ways to get calories in as they take very little effort to make. I’m wondering if you guys can think of any negative side effects of doing this? My stool seems to have a few undigested bits in it but i cant figure out if that is malabsorption of oats or just the fiber content present in the oats.
