poo no longer solid

when i was eating a lot more around around 2400 cal at 13 grams fiber by faeces would be solid and not liquid
now since ive lower by cal im taking 10 grams of fiber and my faeces are mostly liquid at times. almost like diarrhea.
i know by fiber is low anyway but would the 3 grams make that big of a difference.
should i get fiber supplements?
