Getting most of my carbs in the morning

I have a personal preference to not mix meat with my grains and for that reason my protein is lower and my carbs higher in the morning. Most days I eat about 100g of protein oats in the morning, maybe some greek yogurt as a snack, and then a huge bowl of rice all before 2pm. This is about 350g of my 400g total of carbs per day. The rest of my meals are just meat and veggies and those are the meals in which I get most of my protein in. Are there any consequence to eating this way?
