Does lack of strength gain on creatine = non-responder?

I ran out of creatine about 3 weeks ago, and TBH my progression has been identical.

Given it's actually increased in price recently, and it's just one more thing to remember to take, I'm just curious if that alone is cause to conclude I just don't need it or that I'm one of those insensitive folks.

IIRC there's other possible benefits, but I'm not sure how well-supported those are at this point.

Just wondering if you all would consider this enough reason to just not worry about taking it at all, or if there's enough evidence to suggest I should just take it anyway for general health.
