Should i bulk/lean bulk or cut?

Hello, so i have been lifting for 3 to 5 months now. And i dont know where im heading tbh. I tried lean bulking and kinda liked but then i thought i might switch to cut. I did but idk if this is so great. Not because i dont like to cut, just that i feel like im losing muscle too fast when my deficit is at 400 calorie under. So i want your opinion on this. Should i cut or bulk/lean bulk or even recomp. I lost sme muscle on the arms, i have some back love handles, and some slight man boobs, and sme slight fat on face.
