Seaweed for Iodine

I've been incorporating more sea vegetables in my diet, both for flavor and the iodine content.

However, all of the varieties I've purchase do not list the actual iodine content per serving on the packaging.

Does anyone know what the common concentration is, or the recommended amount per day, etc?

Not sure how serious the risk for over-doing iodine is but obviously would want to avoid it.
