Hi , iam new here and i had a question about eating rice . so iam trying to lose weight and iam sticking my self to 2000 calories . my diet only : rice / eggs / chicken / olive oil / vaggies . my biggest Issue is i still can't figure out how much rice i can eat per day and still lose weight while gain muscles .
i see some poeople say u can eat as much as 250g uncooked rice per day and lose fat still if u @ 2000 calories plan , please if any one can help me i would apprichate it figuring this out <3 thanks in advance!!
