So whenever I search macros for a food item via google, I get a dozen different sites (MFP, Calorie King, etc.), each telling me wildly different macros for the same item of the same weight. These are often raw/scratch/unlabeled items, otherwise I would just use whatever is on the label.
So I was wondering what you guys have, per ounce/gram for (all raw): White potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Sirloin steak, Top Round steak, apples, boneless skinless chicken breast, and kale. I eat lots of sweet and white potatoes, as well as steak. So those are important.
It's just highly annoying when I search for Top Round steak, and one listing says per 4 oz: 30g protein and 6g fat, and another says 25g protein and 12g fat.
