In the past, I would only eat carbs before the gym and protein afterwards. So I might have cereal before the gym, then chicken afterwards.
I found that I was often feeling weak and lightheaded at the gym. I would sometimes feel an urge to vomit after my workout too.
But ever since I started eating meat before my workout (as well as carbs), this hasn't happened anymore.
Is this a trick that you guys use?
