Low Protein Some Days?

Hi. I'm a university student who isn't working right now, so I can't afford protein powders and an ample supply of protein until I find a way to make more $. I try to eat eggs and other sources of protein available to me. Will I still build muscle if I don't get 200 grams of protein a day?, but am still in a calorie surplus and lift heavy?( I weigh roughly 200 pounds following the 1 g of protein per pound rule)
