I’m new to weight loss, dieting, and working out. I am looking for the best books on nutrition. What to eat for weight loss, why and how. I’d also like to know what to eat later when I start to gain muscle. I’m also looking for the best books on how weight training/working out works. I want to be able to understand something completely
I’m not looking for workouts are recipes, but how and why books. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?
