Stomach bloating when increasing protein intake

Hi,

I started to log my macros using cronometer.com.
I checked some calculators online and they suggest that if I want to put on more muscle I have to consume 125gms of protein/day based on my height and weight (5.90ft, 156lbs).

I am vegetarian, so I have been relying on eggs, tofu, beans, etc. but I am not even making it to 100gms a day of protein and I feel super bloated and I can't eat much the following day.
I checked my fiber intake and it is not high, is there any suggestions, or something I am missing that could help to feel less bloated?
My target calories are 2345, net carbs 235g and fat 91g, I am under all those values at the moment.
