Not gaining weight? reason?

I'm currently 5,11. age 28. 80kg/176lbs. 16%bf. im currently eating around 3700 calories. 174g protein, 600g of carbs, 100 fats. i have a desk job and i have 2 naps a day. daytime 1 1/2h. night 7 hours. I weigh and add to myfitnesspal. Day consists of peanut butter, oats, bread, cheedar, chickpeas, rice, veggies, egg, fish, salads, pasta, curd. I know i have to eat more if im not gaining weight. why does the body adapt (for me at least) because thats high amount of calories for me. any advice?

I have 440g per day.

also when bulking 1g per lbm is also enough?
