Lost a tonne of strength in only a few weeks?

Guys i don't know what's happened to me but i've been playing lot's of soccer lately (and also keeping my gym routine up) in the last few weeks i've been doing this all with a slight stomach bug (yea i know silly) and i've hardly been eating. I felt fine for a few weeks but in the last week i've been feeling so tired and weak. I'm also always hungry. No matter how much i eat it's like i have this hunger all the time. I look down at my stomach and i seem flabby. i don't know what i've done to my body.
I'm hungry all the time, my strength at gym has gone down heaps, i feel really really weak and my performance soccer has also gotten bad.


Ive taken a few days off and tried eating more but i feel ****ed. What has happened?
