Took a week off and this happened

Hi all,
Just back from a 10 day holiday where I drank like a fish( alcohol) and eat plenty of junk food (ice cream , chips, ) .
But here's the thing, I look pretty strong( bigger arms etc no flabby belly) and feel stronger. I'm about to go back to my circuit classes and was curious about this.
Was it waterweight?
Is it just my body recovering?
I normally eat clean and do a mix of circuits and strength and conditioning classes 3/4 days a week
