Hello guys! I have been training for 6 months now and following same nutrition plan. I have gained muscle but gain fat% too (now around 15%). My problem is a constant bloating feeling with lot of gas and I wonder if I am making some mistake with my plan. I am putting some info below but let me know if you need any other info. Thank you 😊
