I'm female currently 29 years old and in 2016-2018 I went from 71kg to 51kg. I am 156cm tall. I lost weight from low fats, moderate carbs and high protein.
I continued the same diet and calories when I reached 51kg because I was happy with it but started more heavier training in 4×5 rep range.
7 months later I decide to step on the scales and it jumped to 60kg. All my clothes fit the same and I looked the same. No bulkiness.
After this I changed my calories to suit my new weight and no change at all after 8 or 9 months.
Recently, I started moving more in the day plus training and added more carbs to maybe boost my metabolism. It's been around 3 months and no change.
My goal is to shred and go down to 55kg but not sure what is wrong. I don't have mental health issues or thyroid problems, I've been tested. I train and eat consistently as I'm a fitness coach.
Did I screw up my metabolism for being in a deficit for so long? And how should I fix it?
