I have gone from 78kg to 64kg (I am only 5 foot 6 in height) but built some muscle and mass however even though my bodyfat is low I still lack definition around my mid section. I can see abs and muscle early morning etc and have a flat stomach now as I've lost 2-3 inches around mid section.
My PT seems to think I am really lacking on dietary fat and should add in oily fish and peanut butter. He thinks this will help with energy and over all look.
My diet consists of gluten free porridge, apples, bananas, plenty of leafy veg and things like broccoli and spinach, I eat chicken daily and have whey shakes. This diet is 6 days a week and the 7th I have a day off but don't go mad on calories.
I plan on bulking and building up soon now I've lost the fat.
I sit in the 11/12 % body fat zone currently.
