I need to hit my 2700 Cals a day, has anyone done a meal plan for 7 days that is simple and easy to follow, any help would be much appreciated or is there a simple meal planner program out there that I can use that will give me the break down on what to eat and how much?
Break down is 170g Protein, 337g Carbs, 75g Fat
If anyone has or done something similar can you please up load what you have eaten for each meal time please?
