Hi guys
Decided to start bulking properly recently (was going so a few years back but was quite lazy about it) and had a question about liquid calories. Much of my calorie intake is coming from foods but like most I've decided to supplement it with some whole milk and a mass gainer to reach my daily calorie goals. I have a question about calculating calorie gains. I'm using ON's Serious Mass which gives you 1250 calories when you add water to it. I'm drinking a little over 2L of whole milk a day which according to the label gives me 1220 calories. Stupid question but does this mean the amount of liquid calories I'm consuming is therefore 2470 or is there more to it when it comes to counting calories with powdered supplements?
Thanks guys!
