Hello everybody.
I want to pack lunches for work for 3 days in a row, so I make a big batch of rice, pack it in the boxes and put them in the refrigerator, my question: is it safe to eat that rice cold even on the third day? I dont reheat them, just eat it cold. I got a bit confused, I read online the old rice can make you very sick, but I can't figure out if they mean, that you shouldn't reheat it or if they mean if you dont put them in the refrigerator. I have done it in the past and didn't have any problems. Do anybody do the same? Know the answer? is it perhaps safer to eat par boiled rice like uncle bens.
