*** sorry if this has been asked before ***
I don't know about this at all... so consider this as a dumb question. I took the courage to ask this question after not finding the answer.
I am 39 yrs old..5'6" and weigh 151 lbs as of this morning. For me losing weight is not a problem, i can start right now and can lose 5-10lbs in few months.
To lose weight I use a technique of eating less and starving entire night.. this will let me lose weight easily. I do go for a walk every day like 4-5 miles over the day.
My problem is the weight, the weight i lost will be back if i stop walking or doing light excersise. i would like to know how do some people stay fit even though they don't work out or have toned body.
Is this related to nutrition or something else?
I eat protein oriented food (chicken) /oatmeal/avacados.
