cut or slow bulk?

let my present my 'situation'

i was obese all my life (8years old- 22) 240lbs at the end, i was made of pure fat because i did 0 exercise or sport (all day on runescape &wow)

one day i just started walking and start losing some weight.. i've lost 73lbs the first time and more after with a bulk&cut cycle (105-110 in total)

my question is what should i do next at the moment ? cut more or slow bulk 1-2lbs a month? and i seems to be like...19-20% bodyfat?

training time : 2 years in october
nutrition: i eat a good diet and i dont really go out often... (did a cheat meal yesterday..didnt cheat for like 6 month) cottage cheese 0 , yagourt grec 0-1 , rice , chicken , salmon , veggi, almond butter ect.. calories depend on cut or bulk and i weight all my food...120-160g prot a day

training: 4-5day split (5/3/1 main lift)
current weight : 158
height : 5'7
size: 41 chest , 34-35 belly (relaxed) 14inch right arm
age: 24
lift : 205 bench , 260 squat, 135 overheadpress , 250-270 deadlift (didnt test it for a long time) , 185lbs barbell rows for maybe 5-7 and 3plate t-bar rows for 10 (the first main lift are 1rm)

atm i'm trying less volume more frequent workout like 3 chest/tri set ea workout so 9 set a week

before i was doing more volume on each day

chest tri abs legs
back bi
chest tri
legs bi abs
shoulder tri chest

i just came off a slow bulk recently (5month slow bulk 10lbs)

hard for my as a noob to know exactly where to go.. i seems too fat to bulk and not enough muscle to cut
