Celery split for bulking

Good morning,

I'm currently cutting weight & have gone from around 14st 4 to 12st 1. I am at around 10-12% body fat I'd say & abs are starting to show.

Once I drop a few more lbs I'm going to be looking into bulking up but as I've never bulked I'm unsure on how to set my macros. I'm currently on 90c 35f 175p for the next 2 weeks as a final push to cut some weight before a holiday.

My job is sat at a desk and I go the gym 3 or 4 times a week making sure I do 10k steps a day plus 600 calories on a treadmill divided throughout the week. Obviously bulking will change this.

I'd say my maintenance calories is 2500 so what is a healthy split of macros to put on size with it being as healthy as it can be? Should I aim to put on a maximum of 2lbs (1kg) a week?
