Can i do better? Diet plan

I just want to share my diet to know if you guys would make something different.

Breakfast 10am

160gr eggwhite
2 whole eggs (white cooked, red uncooked)
smoothie with :
15gr protein powder
1 sungold kiwi
5gr flax seed
5gr sunflower seeds (i alternate everyday with chia seeds,pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds)
ginger
cinnamon
40gr chard or spinach
80gr cucumber
110 conoconut milk unsweetened

1pills Enzym
1pills Multivitaminic (i want to stop this cause i think everything from diet)
1pills Omega 3
3000 UI D3
500mg green tea extract
200mg caffeine

Launch 13:00
Carbo source (i usually use sweet potatos or Rye bread)
Olive oil
Protein source ( chicken,turkey,salmon,shrimps,cod alternate everyday)
10gr almonds
1 portion of vegetables

Pre WO 17:00
Rice cream or oats
60gr coconut milk unsweetened
50gr banana
50gr strawberries or blueberries
35gr protein powder

Workout from 18:30 to 20:00

Post WO/dinner 20:30
Rice cakes or Rye bread as Carbo source
Protein source ( chicken,turkey,salmon,shrimps,cod alternate everyday)
olive oil
1 portion of vegetables

Everything can give me new ideas ( timing, different nutriens, too many fiber, too low in fiber, other sources better than others)
