Away from home for work - how to maintain good eating?

Hi,

I'll be going away from home and living in a hotel for a week (with no access to fridge so I can't take pre-prepped meals with me). During the best part of the day I'll be at a trade fair slaving away from a trade fair stand - the exhibition centres are notorious for bad and expensive food. It's either sandwiches or fried food usually. The hotel will have the usual continental breakfast (eggs, hash browns, toasts, yogurts etc so breakfast isn't too bad). Normally I prep all meals at the start of the week and get through them over the week. I'm worried I will not be able to eat the right foods (or even enough food) past breakfast on most days. Does anyone have any suggestions / experience for this sort of scenario and help me plan by throwing around some useful ideas please so that I can pre-plan?
