Hey I’m at 18.5% bf 150 lbs 5’10 and I’m very confused on whether I should bulk or cut. I’m not a beginner so I can’t cut and build muscle at the same time. I have very minimal muscle gains and already look pretty skinny so am afraid cutting down will make me look even scrawnier. I look good w a shirt on so I don’t mind some extra fat, but am afraid the process of cutting will be hard later on and that I’ll gain more fat than muscle. Should I cut or bulk? If so, for how long?
