I was trying to find out my daily caffeine intake and found this caffeine calculator
Here’s how it works:
1. Take your body weight (Let’s say 220 lbs)
2. Divide that number by 2.2 (220 / 2.2 = 100)
3. Take the number found in step 2 above, and multiply it by 3 (100 x 3 = 300)
4. This number is the maximum amount of caffeine in milligrams that you should consume.
So in this case, our calculator shows that if you’re 220lbs, you should not be drinking more than 300mg of caffeine per day.
Right??!
