I don't want to eat anymore (losing appetite.) What should I do?

So I started my bodybuilding journey in January. I've gotten great gains and was so motivated. I got in the sufficient protein and calories. Kept up with my meal preps when needed. All was fine I was inspired. Before this I just didn't eat that much. I'd eat a few snacks to hold me over and one large fatty meal during the day. I was fine with it honestly. Sometimes I'd be okay with letting my stomach make hunger noises lol. I didn't eat to the point where I felt lightheaded. I believe it was a symptom of my depression and anxiety.

5 months into my journey I'm getting like this again. I just don't want to eat. Granted I've recently fallen into a severe bout of depression. With that being said I was still able to continue my diet during my other relapses. Do y'all have any recommendations on how I can get back on track diet wise? Thank you (:
