I typically have 3 big meals a day.
I do not have a caloric count, so basically, if I'm starting to feel a bit hungry I take something high in protein; boiled eggs with hummus or something like that.
However, for the past months, I've been mainly eating peanuts as a caloric filler (just dried, not salty).
This assures me that I'm not going under my intake, and also have a lot of proteins, however, they also have a lot of fat, and I don't know to what extent this is a good strategy.
I would like something that I can take between meals to maintain the machine running, caloric, and not fatty.
I could add another big meal, but with all honesty, having to cook twice a day already is more than enough.
Is there any kind of wildcard food that you can take in case of need?
