Using protein shakes instead of meals

Hi everyone, looking for some advice. I've been in the gym for a year now but i'm really struggling to get my calories in. I hate eating, and unless i am starving hungry i really struggle eating food without the thought of it making me feel sick and bloated.

I am wondering what the concensus would be on making the majority of my calories up drinking protein shakes as i feel satiated with them and i can prepare and eat them quickly. I usually have one per day but with my food intake it is not enough, and was considering getting all my surplus calories by drinking two or three per day to replace meals (each shake is about 700 calories and 60g protein)

I do feel too full to workout after having a shake so i would likely start my day by forcing down a bowl of healthy cereal. If i felt up to it i may have a meal in the night too.
