I just realized my breakfast is usually ~150g of carbs

Pretty crazy when I think about it...

I saw someone post a thread about carbs making them feel sluggish in the morning if consumed after training, which is what I do as well.

I haven't been tracking my calories, macros, etc, for a long long time... but I know I eat a lot of carbs.

I decided to check today's meal and sure enough... it was basically 150g of carbs =o)

Oats
Berries
2 types of cereal
protein powder
peanut butter
Almind milk

Can't say I feel lethargic at all... in fact, feel pretty hyper/energetic if anything


Wonder why the reactions are so different
