Anyone got any ideas of the best sources of protein and how much of it I need to eat?
Currently I'm cutting so low carb sources is preferred, but would also like some ideas for when bulking? A rough Google shows stuff like tofu having a 3rd of the protein content as chicken, so how do I get the same protein supply without the extra calories?
