Currently working in manila philippines and im living in a bedspace situation wherein i am not allowed to cook in this particular house, any suggestion on how i can try to hit my daily macro needs? i tried meal prepping during the weekend and by the time it hit the 4th day some of my meals spoils.
I also tried busog/quick meals from 711 because they show the nutrient details of the meal but im afraid its not healthy and using a meal prep service here costs too much and im on a small budget due to my other responsibilities.
But i really want to start cutting did my research on tddee and what or how much should i consume its just the process on how if anyone out there could help would be great.
