Honest question but I’ve been kinda obsessive lately about eating clean and working out. Pretty serious about it for the last few months but very strict the last few weeks. Anyways I skipped the gym today because i feel like I need a day off altogether. I feel extremely guilty as a result.
Also decided to make some homemade chili using 96% lean hamburger, veggies such as peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and a variety of beans. Then I decided to eat some Doritos with it you know make it a little more exciting since the Patriots are playing tonight. And I also ate some colby jack cheese. Am I overthinking it by guilting myself or do others do this too? I’m not gonna fall off the wagon the chips are really the only unhealthy thing I feel like. Just curious if others beat themselves up or if their is something wrong with me?
Like if I overeat a little bit a day like a cheat day am I actually setting myself back if it’s mostly healthy? Or will it do my body good in the way they say as you shock your body? Sorry if these are stupid questions I googled a few things but I value the opinions of some of the people here because this forum people seem to know their stuff and it’s good feedback so again my fault if these are dumb questions.
