Hello! My name is Sam, I'm 20 years old and stand 5 foot 6 inches tall at 120 pounds. I have been consistently active and dedicated in gym since I was 14 years old, and I have developed great muscle control and strength; however, I've always struggled to eat enough calories per day to fuel weight gain and muscle growth (My father is of Asian heritage and has a small skeletal frame in comparison to most north american builds). I have recently come to the conclusion that in order to reach the weight gain I desire, I am going to start drinking my calories instead of choking on heaps of food that my appetite can't match. I'm targeting 2500+ calories a day and I have started to make heavy cream based shakes with the following ingredients: 1 Cup of heavy cream; 1.5 Table spoons of unsweetened peanut butter; 2/3 cup of rolled oats with flax & chia seeds; 30g whey isolate, and alternating fruits like bananas or strawberries.
Will drinking this cocktail twice daily lead to health issues? It's a very high calorie and thicc shake and i'm worried too much heavy cream in my diet will lead to issues. If anyone could give me any advice regarding this issue or their solutions to a high calorie intake please let me know, thanks!
