I've read a couple of threads on here and had a quick question.
I'm 32 years old (male) weigh 12 stone and 6ft 1. My goal is to add strength and muscle. I'm currently doing the fierce novice routine. Due to work sometimes I can only manage 2 workouts some weeks and 3 the next.
I read it's 2grams of protein for every kg of weight.
On my 2 days workout week I have a gap of 4 days between work outs so wondered do I need so much protein on that week?
