Hello, I have been working out for almost a whole year now. Halfway into the year, I started cutting and checking my diet, along with cardio. I have gotten to the point where I don't know if I should either bulk or cut. You see, I am skinny fat, where the love handles are the worst part at the moment. However, some of my abs appear in specific lighting and my ribs are a little visible, causing me to think I cut too much. Based on this information, I'm not sure what to do in terms of dieting.
